Sip & Surrender

Self-Love Yin Yoga + Cacao Ceremony

Friday, February 13 | 7pm - 9pm

This Galentine’s Day, you’re invited to soften, open, and come home to yourself. Sip & Surrender is a slow, heart-centered evening designed to help you release tension, deepen self-connection, and nourish your nervous system through gentle movement, meditation, and ceremonial cacao. No fixing. No performing. Just presence.

What to Expect

We’ll move through the evening intentionally, allowing your body and heart to unwind layer by layer.

  • Opening Circle – a grounded, welcoming space to arrive, set intentions, and connect in community

  • Gentle Yin Yoga – slow, supported postures to release tension, calm the nervous system, and invite deep rest

  • Guided Meditation – a soft inward journey to reconnect with yourself and your inner landscape

  • Cacao Ceremony – a heart-opening ritual to anchor self-love, presence, and embodied connection

  • Closing Circle – an opportunity to speak, share, and connect in community and presence

You’ll leave feeling relaxed, grounded, and more deeply connected to yourself—like you finally took a full exhale.
