Sip & Ground

A Grounding Power Yoga + Cacao Ceremony

Friday, April 24 | 7pm - 9pm

Watercolor Green Leaves

This Earth Day, you’re invited to Sip & Ground — a yoga and cacao experience designed to reconnect you to the earth beneath you and the truth within you. We’ll begin with a grounding, strength-building yoga flow—anchoring into your body, slowing the noise, and creating a steady, supported foundation from within. From there, we’ll move into a heart-opening cacao ceremony centered around gratitude and release—honoring what you’ve carried, what you’re ready to let go of, and what you’re deeply thankful for.

Together, we’ll close with an earth-offering ritual, giving something back to the ground that holds us all.

What to Expect

We’ll move through this experience with intention and presence, inviting your body to settle and your heart to soften.

  • Opening Circle – a space to arrive, land in your body, and reconnect with the present moment

  • Outdoor Grounding Power Yoga Flow – a steady, strength-based practice focused on rooting down, building stability, and creating a sense of safety within (beginner-friendly with modifications offered)

  • Cacao Ceremony – a heart-opening ritual centered on gratitude, reflection, and gentle release

  • Earth-Offering Ritual – a symbolic practice of giving back—whether releasing something you no longer wish to carry or offering gratitude to the earth

  • Closing Circle – space to integrate, reflect, and connect in community

You’ll leave feeling rooted, clear, and deeply supported—like you’ve come back home to yourself.
