Hi, I’m Logan, a Movement Coach helping people reconnect with the natural patterns and rhythms of the human body.
Through simple, foundational movements, I help humans rebuild strength, mobility, and resilience from the ground up.
Before we train harder, we need to move better.
That means starting with the basics — the movements your body was designed to do every day.
Squatting.
Crawling.
Rotating.
Walking.
Getting up and down from the ground.
