For 7 days, we keep it clean. Intentional. Potent.

Daily Live Movement Snacks (15 minutes or less; yes, there will be replays) — restoring joint integrity, rebuilding coordination, waking up dormant strength patterns.

You’ll also get daily Rewilding — short insights reintroducing you to your body and breaking down:

  • How your body is actually designed to move

  • Why you feel tight all the time

  • What most fitness programs get wrong

  • How to move more efficiently without trying harder

By mid-week you’ll start noticing:

  • Your hips feel… spacious?

  • Your shoulders move without crunching noises.

  • You’re standing differently without thinking about it.
